Sales manager (offline)
Requirements:
• High motivation for self-improvement;
• Strong communication skills;
• English level: Upper- intermediate/Advanced preferred
• Understanding of the IT sales process
• Understanding of the software development process
• Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch
• Experience with various automation tools.
• Experience with leading CRM tools
Responsibilities
• Looking for new leads, closing deals, getting new projects
• Contributing to the company brand (various channels — Upwork, Сlutch, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Facilitating estimations for potential projects (working with the dev team)
• Preparing and presenting great proposals
• Report on weekly and monthly progress
• Great networking opportunities with international clients
