Software Engineer (Node.js, MongoDB) (offline)

Hirenest offers tools to help organizations make objective, evidence-based talent decisions that both reduce bias and drive better outcomes for their teams. We are creating per employment testing platform. Few examples of our tests: MS Office, Critical thinking, Empathy.

Our project has been in development for about a year. During this time, we created an MVP with great functionality. An agency was hired to create the MVP, but we are ending our partnership with them because decided to gather our developer team and move faster.

So now we are looking for teammates who will create our product together with us, and yes, the main rule is to CREATE, not to work.

Currently we are looking for a Software Engineer (Node.js, MongoDB) who are ready to be involved in a promising startup for 1+ years.

REQUIREMENTS:
• NodeJS/JavaScript Experience (3+ years)
• MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB experience
• Good English (speaking and reading/writing)
• Experience in building microservice architecture
• Understanding the Rest API architecture;
• Ability to write unit-tests;
• Ability to learn and work in a remote team
• Highly organized with the code and structuring
• Years of experience: 3+
• Experience of working with a front-end dev React, React Native
• Nice to have experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
