Responsibilities
• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
• Compile the new sales team in Cyprus office
• Manage existing distributed sales team in Europe
• Development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
• Personally help close largest deals (over 100k Eur)
• Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, HR and Marketing
• Establish the inbound lead requirements for Marketing Dept needed to meet your sales objectives
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development in the CRM
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with both key customers and new companies

Skills and Qualifications
• 5 years of related experience in sales or/and business development leadership roles in successful mid-size IT engineering services company
• Proven track record of sales
• Growth hacking ideas, creative approach
• Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, strong leadership and team building skills
• Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Fluent English + Fluent Russian or Ukrainian
