IT Sales Manager (offline)

Our main areas of interest and expertise are automotive industry, smart home and smart city projects. We are focused on a specific set of emerging IoT and IoE technologies, including embedded development, backend development, DevOps, Big Data and ML projects, mobile applications' development, software and hardware QA. And now we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Kiev.

Requirements:
- Experience as IT Sales Manager, including leading positions;
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements;
- Experience in finding clients for IT outsourcing/outstaffing;
- Advanced English level, written and oral both;

Will be a plus:
- Experience in building Sales Departments and market strategies, identifying prospective markets and channels, and tactics to succeed there;
- Ability to travel abroad if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategy and onboarding new customers;
- Building a partnership network;
- Being proactive, organized, and be capable of handling work in uncertain environments;
- Proactively pursuing new business and sales opportunities;
- Exploring customers needs and identifying how our offers and solutions meet them.
