Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop new Features;
- Deploy updates;
- Take part in troubleshooting sessions;
- Proactively monitor/ensure service performance and reliability;
- Develop automation/testing tools and procedures;
- Integration Sessions with customers;
- Troubleshooting Sessions with customers;
- Liaise with customers; participate in customer meetings/calls;
- Meet regularly with the line manager to review progress;
- Manage issue resolution and critically escalate;
- Work effectively with other teams, units, and departments;
- Manage issues with clarity and ensure effective information flow and team working;
- Support other organization’s priority activities, when necessary;
Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of working experience as SIP engineer or similar role;
- Proven working experience with Kamailio, rtpEngine and Asterisk;
- Proven working experience in Linux Administration (RedHat based distros preferred);
- Experience in Networking;
- Experience with Relational Databases (eg. mysql, mariadb);
- Scripting skills (eg. Bash, python);
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
Will be considered as a plus:
- Experience with DevOps methodologies & tools (Terraform, CI/CD);
- Experience with Container Orchestration (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes);
- Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS & Azure preferred);
- Experience with Configuration Management Tools (Ansible preferred);
- Experience with git;
- Experience with ELK;
- Experience with Prometheus.
