Art Director/ Team Lead of Web Designers (offline)

Our company seeks a Art Director/ Team Lead of Web Designers with the knowledge, motivation, and energy to help build interactive websites and professional corporate branding products. If you're a Art Director/ Team Lead of Web Designers with strong artistic and creative skills who has the desire to work on a variety of projects using the latest technologies, we'd like to meet you.

Requirements:
• Sketch, Axure, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Extensive experience in web design 5+ years
• Front End and back-end UI/UX design for cloud-based software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• English (upper-intermediate or fluent)
• 2+ years’ experience in supervisory role
• Being a true team player with a commitment to success
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing development environment
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
Preferred:
• Experience in print design
• Experience of work in an international environment
Responsibilities:

• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• Web Design UI / UX and front-end web design (graphic design)
• Design and continually update websites including photos, graphics
• Create graphics for e-mail campaigns
• Create advertising banners for portals and affiliates
• Build promotional landing pages and support online marketing efforts
• Design logos and websites for clients as needed
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
