Head of Studio Associate (offline)

Your responsibilities:

- Business Process Management
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Describe business process and update respective documentation under Operations Lead Supervision;
- Translation of regulation documentation upon request;
- Control the documentation tags system according to approved rules;
- Systematization of regulation documentation and creation of handbooks.
- General Team Support
- Collect and fill in data for analytics;
- Provide the requested information and reports;
- Conduct surveys among specialists;
- Time tracking control and modification of time tracking in closed periods in case of any mistakes;
- Regular update of organisational chart and management of responsibility matrix;
- Update Access matrix;
- Support the organisation of Team-building activities;
- Writing meeting protocols for management meetings.
