Senior UI Designer (offline)

• Produce consistent work under tight (but reasonable) deadlines.
• Expect a high bar for quality design.
• Work on multiple projects at once.
• Accept constructive criticism without flipping out.
• Occasionally deal with someone standing over your shoulder bothering you about “I don’t think the color is quite right,” or “what story is this picture telling?”

Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated graphic design ability, with an outstanding & diverse portfolio.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategy behind design concepts at a high level.
• Ability to produce good work under tight deadlines.
• Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and other equivalent design tools.
• General understanding of web development tool sets (HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good English skills, no gap to communicate with the team oversea.

“Nice To Have” Qualifications:
• Experience designing for social media and brand campaigns.
• Experience in animation, video, web, and interactive development.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required preferably in design or related.
