Who we are looking for
FF Group is searching for a highly proactive and energetic personality with sufficient level of self-motivation to grow sales from new leads and nurse the existing clients of the company on a day-to-day basis. You will need to accept warm leads from our Marketing and Business Development Teams and also learn the details and history of our current customers. This means the following:
- we provide you with warm leads with proven interest in our products and solutions
- we may also pass on to you some of the buying customers
- in return, we expect your sales activities resulting in new purchases and purchase volume growth from the loyal ones.

Position
Vertical reporting (tasks): Head of Sales
Horizontal reporting (leads follow-up and market feedback): Business Development Managers

Main task: make your potential and existing contacts happy and satisfied with our products and solutions - learn their needs, budgets, pains and transform this into our product benefits understanding. Become their trusted one to report both good and negative feedback, new projects and opportunities and always provide a fair answer. Your remuneration system is based on clear KPIs for sales results to raise company income, but our customers are voting for your KPIs, not us.

Requirements
Must have:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales sphere
• Advanced listener: skilful in identifying the inquirer’s pains and needs through interviewing
• Good presenter: presentation skills and no fear to talk in public
• Smart student: proven fast studying skills with ‘hands on’ approach
• Careful teacher: ability to explain software products and solutions built with their help in a simple and memorable way both orally and in a structured written form (using and combining both existing and self-prepared presentations / product datasheets / video clips for various vertical markets
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Spanish language (at least Upper Intermediate (В2)) - we plan to enter the market of Latin America and Mexico.

Will be a plus:
• Experience in Security industry as a sales person
• Knowledge of basic financial reporting (i.e. proforma invoice and invoice difference)
• Practical experience with CRM (any)

Job description:
• learn your lead / customer to get prepared for free flow conversation
• establish relationships with your contact and continue to regularly and proactively (calls, letters, in-person meetings) support it with either needed information, organised tech sessions, product demos during online calls, and quotes and contracts when required
• suggest regular improvements of work flow and products through identified bottlenecks
• make sure your customer is getting sufficient technical support from the company, otherwise report and blockers
• keep an eye on your sales results and leads conversion through your own research, as well as individual and group sales sessions
• be able to forecast your customers purchasing behaviour through run rate and project sales - monthly, quarterly and for the upcoming year
• keep your CRM records and tasks done timely
• be an interconnection between your customer and our company
• business trips every 1-2 months (European Union)
