Sales and Marketing Manager (80-20 split) (offline)

WebCap Digitals LLC is a Ukraine based outsourcing IT company, operating in the market since 2016. We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager (80-20 split) to join our team.

YOU WILL NEED TO:
• Ensure effective workload of the in-house resources
• Work with prospects from lead generation to the contract sign off
• Gather initial client’s requirements
• Collaborate with CEO, CTO, PM, BA, etc. in order to respond to clients’ requests (analyses, estimations, SOWs, etc.)
• Create and present proposals
• Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline
• Participate in creation of sales strategy, plans, objectives, metrics
• Support contents on corporate website and SoMe
• Create and execute content plan in SoMe and other resources
• Analyze ROI of marketing activities and act accordingly
• ConductDaily / Weekly / Monthly meetings with the BD Team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Practical experience in Sales IT 1+ year
• Upper-intermediate English
• Strong proven negotiation skills
• Experience in building end-to-end Sales process
• Capability to work with big amounts of information
• Good analytical skills, capability to analyze data and act accordingly
• Ability to reach long-term results
• Experience in automated tools for lead generation/qualification like: Reply.io / Expandy, Lemlist, Sales Navigator
• Basic knowledge of online marketing tools and ability to apply them
