Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote support for customers and system users. The candidate should be ready to investigate/configure and fix issues related to hard and software products but also to network infrastructure, storage systems, hypervisors, etc.
Qualifications for the Level 2 Engineer are simple -- in-depth knowledge of and experience with: Hyper-V/VMWare; Windows Server OS 2012-newest; MS Exchange 2016 - newest; Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/VPN (Microsoft RRAS as well as SonicWall); Familiarity with either Cisco Meraki and/or SonicWall Firewalls; Full-Time; Flexible working hours would be a huge plus;
