What you will do:
✔ Work closely with the product and user acquisition team to lead the company's ASO efforts
✔ Create and implement ASO strategies for the company’s products (up to 30 applications) in AppStore and Google Play
✔ Build ASO team from scratch together with the HR team
✔ Mentor and onboard ASO team members and follow up on their performance
✔ Сreate and maintain the backlog of ASO-related tasks for a development team
✔ Build an effective strategy of dealing with motivated traffic.

What you have to know:
✔ At least 3 years of relevant experience
✔ Strong knowledge of global apps and marketing ecosystem
✔ Portfolio of successful cases with the growth of organic traffic both in AppStore and Google Play
✔ Deep understanding of the latest mechanism and tools that affect search results
✔ Extensive practical experience with big volumes of motivated traffic
✔ Good command of English
