Data Annotation specialist (offline)

The Role:

Our client’s platform is designed to work with sales representatives and automate as much of their work as possible, in order to allow them to connect with their clients and make their communications faster. Our client also provides intelligence to team managers with performance insights, allowing them to coach their sales reps more effectively. As Trainer for the Annotation Team, you will work closely with Annotation Designer(s) to create training modules and ensure that the Annotation Team is prepared for their daily tasks. In addition, you will work closely with your peers to provide high quality annotated datasets at a fast pace, validate results of other created textual, voice, and processed intelligence, as well as provide guidance on challenges when they arise, and assist in keeping your team focused on their goals.

Your Daily Adventures will include:

Creating training modules for new annotators, including designing presentations, documentation, tests, etc.
Training annotators in the platform annotation methods, as well as any new task.
Working in concert with annotation Designer(s) to ensure new guidelines are properly implemented.
Working both independently and as part of a small team to create curated datasets for your customers.
Using critical thinking and problem solving skills on a daily basis.
Understanding and answering questions posited by team members with a High Standard of accuracy.
Leading group discussions in order to resolve issues and disagreements.
Assisting in keeping your team focused and on track in order to meet their goals.

Our Vision of You:

Previous annotation experience, 1+ years recommended.
Listening, Verbal, and Written English fluency at a B2 level.
Additional listening fluency in either Spanish, German, or French at a B1/B2 level is preferred.
Experience in Training, Analytics), Communication, Linguistics, Psychology strongly recommended.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, collaborate on a team, and communicate effectively.
Ability to prioritize effectively, and multitask when needed.
