Project Manager (offline)

Main responsibilities:

project initiation
work with key project stakeholders to define the roadmap
with with BAs/POs to define the scope
project planning and estimations
plan sprints in alignment with roadmap and priorities from PO
project execution (run sprints and ensure on time delivery)
risk management
people management
work closely with the other project managers from the client side
reporting


Requirements

Excellent PM knowledge overall (domain is not so important)
1-2 year prod experience on the similar role
Experience to run projects from start till the end
Great communication skills and English B2+
Good understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum teams
Interviewing candidates
Flexibility and stress resilience
Scrum Master knowledge is a plus
Multitasking
