Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of R&D projects with global teams of Product, engineers and business owners.
- Lead the execution of Roadmap projects from a to z, throughout a broad global Hospitality Operation.
- Coordinate the rollout of complex global projects, working with different teams in different countries and time zones, and managing ongoing relationships with key stakeholders in the organization.
- Develop detailed project plans and Gantt charts to monitor and track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with different interfaces in the company who are project partners; R&D, UX/UI Studio, Marketing, Commercial and Country teams.
- Communicate with project stakeholders across the organization and ensure transparency of the project’s progress.
- Establish work processes were needed to ensure optimization of resource utilization and efficiency.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of Experience as an R&D Project Manager in a global business environment. (Experience working with R&D teams is a must)
- Magician of matrix management with incredible communication skills
- Quick learner, an efficient and independent team player
- Strong organizational skills, details oriented
- Excellent English and presentation skills – verbal and writing
- Basic analytical skills - ability to develop tracking tools and monitor data
- Proficient in G Suite and Tech savvy
