Requirements
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing more that 3 year;
- Experience to work as Head of affiliates more than 1 year;
- Experience in managing and recruiting large teams;
- Experience to work with sport bettig & online casino verticals WW;
- Ability to work by Revenue Sharing model cooperation;
- Ability to find new ideas and ways of promotion;
- Confident theoretical and practical skills in the analysis of advertising campaigns, strategies, offers;
- Independence, ability to work for results.

Responsibility:
- Planning and implementation of promotion strategy in existing and new markets;
- Building roadmaps, hiring the department and setting priorities for the department's work;
- Planning of partner coverage, improvement of market positioning;
- Search and connection of new top partners;
- Increasing the partner base;
- Setting up and improving communication processes with partners for your team;
- Traffic analysts for internal systems and trackers;
- Maintaining the current base of partners.
