We are looking for the team member who is not afraid to work with his hands at the beginning (Lead Gen) to understand our clients better, and automate and lead the process of Sales as a result.
Workflow that I see for this position: 1-3 month: Lead Generation (part-time or full-time) 3-6 month: automation of Sales process and creation of a Sales team (full-time) 6-12 month: lead Sales team and improve the product and processes (full-time) So at the end you will work not only with the Sales directly, but also with a Product vision and strategy of the company.
Preferred languages: Russian or Ukrainian, English (not lower than Intermediate)
Our product is a platform for the recruiters that helps automate background check of the candidate. We are a selling cheap subscriptions, so the conversion is good, and the product is easy to implement in the hiring process.
