Employee Experience Process Analyst

Responsibilities:
1) Performs HR process analysis and mapping to ensure that HR processes are state of the art, efficient and align with best employee experience practices
2) Reviews existing HR processes through the lens of employee experience and proposes optimization
3) Using a combination of HR expertise, design thinking, data, service
design, and empathy, implement improvements across the
business.
3) Chat Bot Team Lead
4) Employee Engagement Surveys, Mood Monitoring Surveys analytics
5) HR data-based Tableau
6) Central point of the role for all HR Procedures, Process Mapping and Training communications and/or updates. Ensure that HR materials reflect all optimizations and enhancements of the processes by providing input to Materials owners (e.g. HR COE, TAM SSC, C&B etc. )

Mandatory Skills Description:
MS Excel- very good level
Strong analytical skills
Data visualization
Continues improvement approach

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Design thinking
(Internal) customer journey mapping
