Senior UI/UX Designer (offline)

Responsibilities:

Develop design of new products from wireframing to details;
Proactively collaborate with product managers and think through user problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in detail, and help engineers to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience;
Think big in terms of design systems (patterns, guidelines, kits) to create a consistent and scalable user experience;
Constantly review product UI/UX and search for opportunities to make it better.

Skills & Requirements:

5+ years professional work experience;
2+ years of design experience with CRM/ERP systems;
Excellent knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools.
