Customer Support Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support via phone
Ensure customers' satisfaction
Working with CRM system
Schedule appointments with customers

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Previous work experience in customer service or technical support
Strong organizational skills
Experience in communicating with native speakers
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Attention to details
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Working with USA schedule (4 p.m. — 1 a.m.)
