Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to resolve issues and take initiative to ensure processes are efficient.

About job role
The Technical Support Specialist will report to the Manager and be part of the front-line support team for the Wattum facility.
Primary responsibilities include installations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and documentation.

What you will be doing:
- registering repair tickets in Asana and tracking the ticket deadlines
- working on and monitoring active repair tickets in Asana
managing database and inventory (manage Google Drive repair folders)
- keeping all databases updated (Google Spreadsheets)
- making daily/weekly reports

We are waiting for you in our team if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in the similar role
- experience with Asana, ITSM
- B1+ level of English

We will treat as a bonus if you have:
- experience in the ITIL (ITSM) based systems
- experience in the Zabbix such systems
- experience in crypto mining
