Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for our sales team through Linkedin, Upwork, and other channels;
- Maintain and expand our database of potential clients;
- Search for new sales opportunities and channels to attract new customers;
- Work closely with the Sales/Marketing team, co-founders;
- Participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, and take the initiative and responsibility.

Requirements:

- Good spoken English and listening comprehension;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Experience with lead generation and email marketing tools;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Handle rejection well; move on to the next touch points quickly;
- Skill to have fun with routine work while being creative to the overall process.
