Business Analyst

In this role you will:
- Work on new and existing products
- Gather and validate initial requirements
- Facilitate requirements analysis process. Collaborate with stakeholders, development team and designers.
- Analyze the competitive products landscape
- Develop key artifacts: functional and non-functional specifications, UI/UX design
- Manage product roadmap. Facilitate requirements prioritization.
- Identify, track and assess requirements changes
- Create and maintain requirements documentation
- Continuously improve the requirements management processes throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- IT industry experience: at least 2 years at projects for foreign clients
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
- Modeling skills to represent requirements information in graphical form
- High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances and feedback. Quick learning
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies
- Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques
- Knowledge of prototyping tools

- Experience with IoT products and solutions
- Technical background
