Junior HR Specialist (Generalist) (offline)

Requirements to candidates:

0.5 - 1+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment field would be a plus
Desire to learn and develop in recruitment, as well as in other HR areas
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English is a must
Skilled at MS Office
Excellent communicator
Excellent organizational skills
High work ethics and diplomatic skills
Ready to take responsibility for own tasks completion and proper escalation in case of need
Attentive to details
Self-driven, flexible, a good team-player

Responsibilities:

1) Recruiting talents to our team
Preparing and publishing new job opennings
Actively searching for candidates
Conducting interviews
Collecting and providing feedback
Hiring for and conducting internship programs

2) Maintaining HR reated databases, HR system, generating reports

3) Taking part in other HR processes, such as:
pre and onboarding
company benefits package administering
training activities administering
assisting with other HR related projects and tasks

Would be a plus:
Previous experience in IT company would be a plus
