Sales Manager/Business Development Manager

Our team provides top-notch DevOps and System administration services for clients from all over the world. And now we are looking for Sales Manager/Business Development Manager!

We carry out all types of work on the server-side, from routine support (updates, monitoring,
problem-solving, security, optimization) to the creation of complex, resilient, and reliable
infrastructures. We keep up with the times and use the most modern technologies along with
approaches, including but not limited to: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.

- Strong Upper Intermediate English
- At least 1 year of experience as Business Developer on Upwork
- Strong communication and negotiations skills
- Experience with Upwork,Linkedin
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing principles
- The practice of negotiations with partners and clients
Good to have:
- Technical background

- Sell DevOps and System Administration services on Upwork
- Create bids and proposals
- Communicate with lead and internal team to win a deal
- Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success
- Respond to invites
- Achieve KPI
