The sales development representative’s responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting clients with the right salesperson.

To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Developing sales strategies/ management of campaigns to draw in potential clients or to solicit new potential clients.
Initiating contact with potential clients through LinkedIn and Email outreach or responding to inbound inquiries generated from marketing.
Creating relationships with potential clients to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
Presenting product information to clients once you have identified their needs.
Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Following up with potential clients who expressed interest in our services.
Collaborating with executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.
Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Proven experience in remote communication (via LinkedIn, email, or customer support)
At least 3+ year of sales/marketing experience in the USA/European markets
Experience working at a digital company (IT outsourcing, support, marketing etc.) or a lead generation focused company.
Basic understanding of the software development industry.
Advanced level of written and upper-intermediate level of spoken English is a must. German language skills will be a plus.
Experience with lead generation and prospecting tools.
