Sales Manager (offline)

This is our partner is a Dutch company that provides a wide range of secure and anonymized medical data sets with or without metadata and ensures medical data processing with or without medical diagnostics to international companies and research groups developing medical diagnostics and diagnostics devices.

Objectives of Sales manager’s role
Represent MedDARE with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
Research consumer needs and identifies how our services address them
Achieve company objectives and sales goals by planning effectively, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Work closely with the marketing team to drive sales

Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
All the time work on sales acceleration through generating ideas how to improve
Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
Participate and be engaged into the arranging certain events like conferences to drive sales
Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Skills and qualifications
Fluent English
Three or more years of managing or doing sales within a corporate setting and at least five years of working experience in total
Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb autonomy and maturity abilities
