Build a Custom Automation Dashboard

'm looking for a freelancer to build out a custom dashboard with the following functions:

1.Ability to Login
2. At-login, provide a list of active servers , uptime status, ability to enter (available) domain to automatically purchase it via API
3. API: Deploy Digital Ocean server with preloaded template
4. API: Setup HTTPS via CloudFlare
5. API: Have ability to access email to receive verification code
6. Provide uptime monitor for the life of the domain
7. One-click ability to destroy server from the list of active servers

8. Ability to upload , edit , delete files on the server

9. Ability to create redirect subdomains
