BSS Project Manager

Project Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager with Product Owner experience for one of the core & complex products at Luxoft Global Applications Development/Implementation Department

We are the strong international team of more than 200 people and are responsible for full development circle of 20+ IT Companywide Products and Services
Responsibilities:
- Manage product delivery to maximize the value for the company
- Manage stakeholders expectations and ensure transparency of delivery processes;
- Build and prioritize product backlog and roadmap;
- Setup, coordinate and ensure execution of joint development across multiple teams, including activities related to integration with other applications;
- Be a key part of the Agile product team enabling team’s self-organization and continuous improvement
- Proactively respond to product-related and technical risks
- Establish and monitor agile team effectiveness metrics
Mandatory Skills Description:
At least 3 years of professional experience in management of software development projects
- Proven track record in complex projects with distributed teams
- Product management experience (need to describe recent product)
- Verbal and written business communication skills
- Presentations skills (be ready to demonstrate any example)
- Negotiation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in any of the following areas: Project Lifecycle Management, MDM, CRM
- Master's Degree in computer science or similar education
- Process optimization experience
- Business analysis experience
