Project Manager (eCommerce) (offline)

What You Will Do:

- Project management, coordination of all participants in order to create an effective workflow that is comfortable for all its participants;
- Planning and project management (terms, budget, resources, risks);
- Active monitoring of the project and its key indicators;
- Communication with the client and company management, regular preparation of reports on key metrics and so-called status updates;
- Ability to predict problems based on available information and known risks, proactively prevent problems before they materialize;
- Introducing employees to the course of the project, monitoring their workload, productivity, efficiency;
- Conducting daily stand-ups;
- Maintaining centralized project documentation;
- Keeping records of hours worked, ensuring that employees regularly and timely fill out timesheet forms;
- Monitoring the morale of employees, regular phone calls with the team.

Your Knowledge and Skills:

- Experience in IT project management 2+ years;
- Experience in eCommerce projects (Magento, Shopify);
- Strong understanding of systems and the Web development process. Able to understand technical terms and system design considerations;
- Strong planning and time management skills;
- Verbal and spoken English - B1 and high level;
- Requirement analysis, BA background would be a plus;
- Ability to produce and manage project documentation (project plan, SOW, changes, and risk management charts, project progress reports);
- Resource management;
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
