HR Generalist / People Partner

Industry: iGaming, slots.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in IT HR management or recruitment;
— Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes;
— Understanding of HR processes and procedures;
— Experience in holding 1-on-1 meetings and onboarding/offboarding;
— Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft package, + HR CRMs;
— Efficient multitasking and ability to work with priorities in a fast-paced environment;
— Attention to detail, self-disciplined, open to sharing and receiving feedback;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
— Being proactive and independent in solving problems and suggesting solutions;
— Strong time management and organizational skills;
— English level upper intermediate is a must.

Would be a plus:
— Experience with Jira;
— Background in psychology;
— Experience in gambling, iGaming industries;
— Experience with Hurma and HiBob.

Responsibilities:
— Maintain, prepare and up-to-date HR documents and spreadsheets. other documentation + smt it can be a translation as well;
— Help in recruiting processes starts from searching to job offer and onboarding;
— Work closely with B-level on people management;
— Provide interviews with candidates;
— Running 1-on-1 meetings with team members;
— Work with company branding, including development and further support/maintain;
— Responding to employee concerns;
— Identify and analyze team needs to develop and promote HR solutions, programs, and policies.
