Junior Recruiter

Required skills:
- You are fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and have a decent English level;
- Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 months;
- Deep understanding of full lifecycle recruiting in the IT industry;
- Talent search experience for different types of vacancies and candidate levels;
- Team player person who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency;
- Good communication skills.

What will you do:
- Create and post job announcements on various recruitment platforms;
- Proactively source for the best candidates;
- Strategically build a pipeline candidate through innovative recruiting and networking practices;
- Conduct interviews and complete evaluation forms;
- Track hiring activity within the applicant tracking system;
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
