Content Associate (offline)

The project will turn on the data entry of a Content Management System, with 2 main goals:
• Help the live-ops team with the running ops to support surfacing content in the live game and
reacting to live game issues reported.
• Help with the production of shows made of UGC levels.

The tasks (all of them require preparing CMS branches off of existing ones for changes before they're QA'ed and deployed in the game):
• Data entry on the proprietary CMS tool used for the game, following the designs from the live-ops team, and priorities from production stakeholders in the live-ops team.
• Update the dates on when the game is live/available in the game for players.
• Prepare a newsfeed (asset & loc provided) on CMS with the correct dates to be live in the game.
• Remove some levels from the game rotation following the balancing details from the design lead/senior.
• Update the min/max players allowed in the show.
• Load the daily/weekly/seasonal challenges to the game.
• Update the store prices/content rotation/assets for the items sold.
• Sign up new content for a season on CMS.

Who we’re looking for:
• Someone detail oriented for all the changes requested to be implemented on the CMS.
• Proficient in English for smooth communication with the live-ops team.
• Willingness to work with the live teams to support with live issues in the game in which configuration fixes need to be deployed to the production environment

Software used:
• CMS (web-based interface to edit XML/JSON files the game uses in the server to know what content to display to players.)
• Google office suite (sheets, & presentations)
• Slack
• Miro
• Azure DevOps
