Business Development Manager (offline) $2500-3000

Responsibilities:
● Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, get an understanding of needs and close the deals;
● Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
● Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
● Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
● Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Required skills:
● 3+ years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred;
● Understanding of IT outsource specifics;
● Experience in a similar industry is a plus;
● Fluent in English and capable of doing business negotiation;
● Effective problem-solving and communication skills;
● Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting;
● Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
