Business Development Manager

We are looking for passionate person striving to reach high results in IT sales area. Our team of professionals provide you with good marketing and sourcing background for efficient work. You will have an opportunity to release all your potential in business negotiations.

Responsibilities:
- Primary contact with incoming leads;
- Work with CRM;
- Qualifying leads,identifying needs and defining primary requirements;
- Proposals preparation together with Pre-Sales team;
- Negotiations with potential customers.

Must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Sales;
- Experience in negotiation and deal closing;
- Understanding of IT market;
- Advanced level of English;
- Good decision making and problem solving skills;
- Understanding of software development process;
- Ability to identify problems and needs of potential clients.
