Senior/Lead UX/UI Designer (gambling) $3000-4000

Requirements:
⁃ 3+ years of experience as Senior UX/UI designer;
⁃ Experience in CMS/CRM design;
⁃ Experience in the iGaming industry;
⁃ Advanced knowledge of UX/UI tools & Figma + Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator);
⁃ Good grasp of user-centered design (UCD);
⁃ Pixel-perfect design approach. The ability to work with composition. Proper use of space. Logical arrangement of accents in the layout;
⁃ Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
⁃ Creating UX/UI for CMS and CRM;
⁃ Creation of UI concepts. Preparation and prototyping interface typing;
⁃ Producing wireframes, flows, storyboards, mockups;
⁃ Planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis;
⁃ Solve challenging design problems and present multiple concepts for consideration, with sound rationale articulating design decisions and your process;
⁃ Construct information architecture, interaction models, customer flows, schematics, and visual designs;
⁃ Use your own initiative to suggest and implement innovative solutions;
⁃ Mentoring less experienced colleagues.
