Technical Leader

Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for product development;
Managing and support a team of iOS and Android engineers;
Monitor and improve team performance;
Architectural and software design guidance for the development team;
Resolve issues on the project;
Participation in product/technical discussions;
Participation in communication with customers;
Handle external issues (communication with other departments);
Internal cooperation with PM, PO, and QA lead.

Qualifications

Required skills:
3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams;
Strong background in development for at least one of mobile platforms — iOS or Android;
Deep understanding of modern mobile application architecture;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Problem-solving skills;
Good spoken and written English.
