We are a Blockchain start-up, which are looking for an experienced CTO to develop the technical architecture within a blockchain environment to support the goals of the business. As a CTO, the focus will be on setting the technical architecture and development road map.
Responsibilities:
• Be a strategic thought partner to the CEO and help build out the competitive advantage through technology
• Lead the evolution of our technical stack, development practices, and standards for coding
• Recruit, vet and onboard new engineers to the team and develop a strong remote engineering culture
• Develop the core product along with new features to drive the next waves of growth
Requirements:
• Knowledge of web3 technologies
• 10 years of work experience as a Software Engineer
• Leadership experience at crypto and/or fintech startup
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Be solutions-oriented with an emphasis on quality technical delivery
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
