We are CrazyPumpkin - a boutique Software development company based in the UK (Birmingham)

We’re currently looking for an experienced and responsible Lead Generation Manager with strong organizational skills, personalization/copywriting skills, and a huge passion for growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who has:

✅ability to learn new things fast;

✅great attention to detail and a lot of pride in their work;

✅experience working and generating leads through UpWork;

✅ experience working with LinkedIn - outbound sales/outreach and e-mail campaigns;

✅experience working in IT or Digital, strong technical background;

✅fluent English;

✅a can-do attitude; open-minded and well-mannered; Someone who is responsible enough to always get their job done;

✅ experience with client communication/account management (calls, e-mails);

✅ willingness to learn new stuff - automation tools, growth marketing etc. (we provide free training to our amazing team members, the skills that we teach are invaluable because they are extremely sought after by IT companies but very hard to come by on the market among other candidates);

✅Enjoys a start-up environment and is able to work on their own initiative without heavy supervision and constant task reminders;

✅ Is not afraid of interesting challenges and is able to receive feedback well and is stress resilient;

We’re looking for someone who is

- Self-motivated and focused on driving results in a proactive manner
- Approachable and professional team player who can manage the workload
- Adept at prioritizing own workload and remaining organized while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and numerical skills
