Head of User Acquisition (offline)

Main duties & responsibilities:

- Build User Acquisition team that will be in charge of traffic for internal products of the Company
- Oversee and optimize the progress of the department
- Develop media buying strategy
- Plan and predict the volume, rates and budgets of CPA; media plan justification
- Create, analyse and adjust advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook etc.
- Build the creatives development process
- Support media buying infrastructure (creating new accounts, new user cabinets and creating attribution model)

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in User Acquisition
- Ability to create concepts based on successful case studies and promptly develop successful campaigns; search for new promising directions for the project promotion
- Experience in buying and optimizing CPA model campaigns
- Practical knowledge of web traffic buying in Google Ads (Search), Facebook, TikTok
- Working experience in highly competitive domains such as landing, gambling, nutra or crypto
- Experience in managing the budgets of more than 10 000 usd per day
- Solid understanding of buying automatisation through scripts and automated rules (Adwords)
