Junior Sales Development Representative (offline)

FluentPro Software is a SaaS product company. We create products in the field of Portfolio and Project Management used by enterprise customers all over the world. Our organization is looking to extend our Sales organization with young, energetics Sales Development Representatives.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
- Perfect English. You must be able to communicate fluently with customers over the phone and by email. If you studied or lived in UK / US – that’s a great advantage.
- You need to have experience working in sales and understanding of sales process and cycle
- You must be open-minded, easy to speak with and able to establish a friendly discussion with prospects
- You must be organized, accurate and hardworking
- Experience working with CRM

Your responsibilities:
- Your main responsibility is prospect outreach and moving leads in the pipeline
- You will be qualifying leads and opportunities
- You will be identifying needs and problems from leads, collecting all required information
- You will be following up by email and phone call with leads who replied during marketing automation
- You will work very closely with Marketing and pre-sales organization
- You will “live” in CRM
