IT Sales Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
β€” Reach out to new inbound and outbound leads and engage them with calls and emails;
β€” Develop a comprehensive promotion of Gelios Company services;
β€” Conduct high-level conversations with prospects by understanding their needs and articulating Gelios Company value proposition;
β€” Follow up with existing prospects to keep the momentum of sales and keep updated on where they stand in the process;
β€” Close deals in a timely manner, negotiate the price when necessary, and prepare offers and analyse the funnel for its effectiveness;
β€” Offer solutions, and make decisions on how to improve sales funnels;
β€” Maintain a relationship with existing clients to ensure everything is going well and identify potential upsell opportunities.

Requirements:
β€” 2+ years of experience in IT sales management, experience in B2B sales;
β€” Upper-intermediate level of English or higher;
β€” Excellent verbal and written communication skills: you are a clear, concise, and compelling storyteller is must;
β€” Pipeline management skills;
β€” Ability to build relationships;
β€” Fearless and positive attitude β€” you are resilient in the face of challenges;
β€” Focused on results;
β€” Focused on working with LinkedIn and UpWork on daily bases and others;
β€” Self-starter β€” you’re always looking for ways to do your job better;
β€” Ready for working trips.
