UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design;
- Upper-intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher;
- Knowledge of user interface patterns for mobile, web, and responsive design;
- UX and visual design skills (layout, typography, color);
- Proficiency in design platforms: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, so on;
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment;
- A customer-focused design mentality;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented;
- A solid work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations;
- Willingness to step out of the assigned role to support team members;
- Proactive approach;

Responsibilities:
- Presenting complex workflows into simple and great-looking interfaces using UX/UI skills;
- Development of layouts and prototypes;
- Creating innovative design models of conceptual interaction including wireframes, site maps, mockups, and so on;
- Marketing ads design;
- Working on our blog design;
- Creating the brandbook for our company and corporate social media designs;
- Processing large volumes of information, data structuring and visualisation;
- Communicating with the management and the team, defining and documenting UX proposals;
- Cooperating with other departments (creative, tech, analytics);
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management within the skills and area of expertise.
