Head of Product and Technology (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product
- Develop and follow product vision, strategy, and delivery lifecycle
- Research data, users, and market
- Generate and validate product hypotheses
- Manage backlog, create epics and user stories
- Collect and determine necessary tech requirements for the dev team
- Maintain product analytics

Tech
- Own the design, implementation, and delivery of full-stack solutions
- Define of a technical strategy for product development
- Мanage a team of developers and facilitate the timely delivery
- Report on the status of development, quality, and system performance
- Interview and mentor software engineers
- Design, implement, test, and maintain innovative software solutions
- Write high-quality system software

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in product development
- Knowledge and understanding of the tech stack for better tech solutions
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Firestore/Firebase, no-code/low-code solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

EU4UA is a non-for-profit platform that helps matching Ukrainian refugees with European hosts who can provide free accommodation and companies who are in search for talents.

The platform was created by a group of tech-entrepreneurs who wanted to help Ukrainians that fled the country because of war. It was released in just 48 hours and now we have over 70 000 registered users and were mention in major news like Tech Crunch, BBC and Forbes.

We are a small international team of tech enthusiast with a big desire to help Ukrainians :)
