QA Team Lead / Test Lead (Manual) (offline)

We are looking for QA Lead to join our team!

Basic requirement:

More than 3 years experience in testing e-commerce Web applications;
More than 1 year experience in managing a QA team;
Having your own QA team will be a plus;
Linux, SSH console skills;
Understanding of the principles of work of modern Web applications;
Understanding of how DNS, TCP / IP, HTTP, FTP and other web application protocols work;
Experience with data formats JSON, XML;
Positive experience in testing as part of an effective software development process;
Experience with web servers;
Experience with test management systems (Zephyr / TestRail);
Experience with the bug tracking system (JIRA / Redmine);
Experience with web debugging tools (Fiddler / Charles).
Personal qualities: responsibility, sociability, ability to work in a team.

Main responsibilities:
Managing QA team, setting and prioritization of tasks, monitoring the timing and quality of work;
Quality control of the project at all stages of development;
Creating test documentation (developing test cases, combining them into scripts (test kits), prioritizing test cases) in the Test Manager TestRail;
Planning time and volume testing;
Testing and finding defects;
Reporting errors in JIRA;
Maintaining the work of test environments;
Check for fixed defects.
