Transaction Manager (offline)

We invite those who fired up to:
— Payment processing and App Ratio analysis;
— Monitoring the process of payments, optimisation, transaction results analysis;
— Customise payment methods after the integration process;
— Solve technical problems with payment providers (PSP);
— Communicate with acquiring banks;
— Communicate with other teams during integration processes;
— Find and solve problems of our product, make our product better every day;

Essential professional and personal skills:
— Working experience at the same position in Fintech\E-commerce\PSP 1+ years;
— Technical experience and understanding of how the payment system works;
— Strong knowledge of transaction flow and understanding of integration features and processes;
— Strong knowledge in logs parsing and investigating technical issues with transactions and integrations;
— Experience in JIRA/Confluence and APEX services would be a plus, but is not a strong requirement;
— High responsibility and ability to accomplish tasks, result-oriented, multitasking, energetic;
— English at least Intermediate.

What will you do with our team?
— Real-time transactions monitoring
— Handling processing errors and technical issues with dev team
— Communicating with payment providers and acquiring banks
— Testing the payment flow before bringing it to the floor
— Configuring MIDs for our merchants along with limitations and processing conditions

— Work schedule 5/2 from 10-00 to 19-00;
