Fullstack JS Engineer (with React Native background) (offline)

Project:
• A HealthCare platform that helps people to take care of mental health. Our team is developing a method of supporting people in the exact moment they need it most. Our technology uses Data Analysis and Predictive Analytics to identify patterns of behavior, allowing us to predict when a client will need support. We also use Artificial Intelligence to collect additional data about the client's current experience as well as deliver interventions in the moment they are needed, rather than at the time of the next scheduled appointment. These technological interventions are guided and written by our human workforce of counselors and clinicians.
• Project Team: 2 fullstack engineers on our side, 2 engineers on client’s side, 1 intern Project Manager. Potential growth - up to 6-10 people.
• Technologies stack on the project: React.js, Node.js, React Native, iOS, Android.

Requirements:
• 6+ years working Engineering Experience;
• Working experience as a FullStack developer, with React JS + Node JS;
• Working experience with React Native
• Experience in deploying front end solutions on mobile platforms;
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git/GitHub;
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript ;
• Familiarity with various testing tools such as Appium, App Automate, and Browser Stack;
• English level:Upper- intermediate;
• Will be a big plus: ability to read and understand code written in Android and iOS.


Responsibilities:
• Among the first tasks there will be development of a mobile app on React Native;
• Work with Agile flow team, with daily stand-ups and regular sprints;
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code;
• “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface;
• Propose and develop user-interfaces without wireframes, if necessary;
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code;
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application;
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs, and enhancing application performance;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
• Write technical documentation, process flows and object models;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features;
• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols.
