Responsibilities:
- active IT sales in international markets;
- communication with customers, including lead nurturing and deal closing;
- identification of clients' business needs in software products and services;
- drafting of business proposals;
- building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- negotiations with international clients;
- managing client’s objections;
- active use of CRM system.
Requirements:
- C1+ spoken and written English;
- experience in selling IT services for 3+ years is a must;
- experience in direct B2B sales, business development, and selling services at C-level is a must;
- deep knowledge of IT outsourcing service development or SaaS solutions;
- proven knowledge and experience in the logistics domain;
- strong understanding of modern B2B sales methodologies and structured deal management practices;
- outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals;
- ability to attain targets;
- the ability to solve complex problems;
- patient, methodical, and diligent approach to understanding client challenges;
- relationship-building and cooperation skills; analytical, planning, and organizing skills; creativity, and problem-solving skills;
- the ability to work with KPIs;
- the high degree of responsibility, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize needs;
- residency in an English-speaking country for 1+ years will be an advantage.
