Art Director (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Game and game related contents visual appearance
- Quality art and assets control
- Leading the creative process of the graphical design
- Documentation of art tasks during development project
- Collaboration with other competencies during development process
- Set visual standards for game art & animations
- Getting briefing from PO and control expected result in proper set timings
- Translating a briefing into a mood board, game concept and sketches that can serve as a briefing to the team of creatives
- You will micro-manage teams of artists and animators and lead the creative process against time and technical constraints in order to produce final art (graphics, animations, visual effects and sound)
- Accept and lead workflow and work processes used in company
- Optimisation of Art production processes according to short production time
You will show progress to the key stakeholders, in order maintain short feedback cycles and steer the team effectively in the right direction

Requirements:
- Experience of work in online slot sphere on position Art Director 2+ years
- Understanding of full production cycle of video slots
- Full Understanding game mechanic and features, to provide correct briefing
ART education (preferably Graphic Designer education, with understanding psychology of perception fonts, colors, principles of composition and anatomy)
- Hand drawing skills (understanding character design, storyboards, UX)
- Knowledge of most usual game mechanics and video slots specific Experience of working with marketing materials
- Clear vision of final product and estimations (artists and animators)
- Work in proper management software (Good oriented in Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart etc.)
- Making tasks definition of done and descriptions of animation lists
- Meeting Delivery Timelines (Understanding production timing process, deadline dates)
- Ability to find quick solutions between Art and Dev teams
- Flexibility in taking decisions
- Good Communication skills, personality (to inspire people when they really need it)
- Good English-speaking skills
- Initiative skills (T-shape skills)
