Business Analyst (offline)

Job Description
Reporting directly to the CTO you will be responsible for:
• Elicitation, analyze the client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
• Specifying, verification and validation of requirements (Use Case, User story).
• Bug reporting, test case, and testing documentation creation
• Performing functional, integration, performance and operational testing
• Reviewing reported incidents from customer
• Development of system and user documentation, including release notes and learning presentations for users;
• Support for users during acceptance testing and an introduction of new functionality.

Is this you?
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Working in a multi-task and multinational environment.
• Experience working in a Scrum environment with Attlasians Products.
• Gathering and analysis of product requirements.
• Product Strategy planning. Use cases and user stories preparation.
• Backlog management.
• Change management.
• Documentation and Specification skills
• Knowledge in SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS.
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent, having an entrepreneurial mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Good presentation skills to senior level managers
• Want to be challenged and looking for a high growth environment personally and professionally
• Advanced level of English

Разработка ведется на PHP (Laravel), Angular, MariaDB, HTML5, CSS, JS, JQuery. Также построено хранилище данных на базе MS SQL и отчетность на Reporting Services. ИТ команда постоянно растет, чтобы отвечать требованиям развития продукта (особенно в направлении SaaS архитектуры), и разитию бизнеса. Сейчас ИТ команда 17 человек с перспективой до 25 до конца 2020 года.
